First of all, thank you for being a loyal customer over the years! Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we value your business. Unfortunately, like any other business, our own operating costs have increased over time; therefore, effective March 1, 2023, your water rates will increase to the following:

Gallons Used                                            Rate

0-6000                                             $37.00/month

6001 and above                            $6.00/1000 gallons

You will notice the increase on the bill you receive on or around April 1, 2023. Until now, we’ve had some of the lowest water rates in the state, but we just cannot continue that way, as our costs increase.

As a reminder, many new and improved changes have taken place over the last several months, such as:

• WEBSITE - An updated, more user-friendly website to pass on valuable, timely information with bill-payment options. We highly recommend you “SUBSCRIBE” to receive emergency alerts by your choice of text or email.
• STATE SALES TAX – As you may have noticed on your most recent bill, we’re now required to submit a 1% sales tax to the State of Missouri.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE – More efficient and timely customer service, with billing and maintenance of meter boxes, etc.

COMING IN 2023:

• ACH BILL PAYMENT – You’ve asked, and it’s coming your way! In the near future, we will be able to accept automatic bank-to-bank ACH payments for your water bills. Don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE to our website to be notified when this new service will be available.
