Monthly Water Rates
- Minimum/Base Rate = $37.00 for 0 - 6,000 gallons (Effective March 1, 2023)
- Over 6,000 gallons = $6.00 per each additional 1,000 gallons
Deposits
- Renters = $100.00
- Homeowners = $60.00
All customers are required to sign a user agreement before service is made available. If you decide to move or sell your property, please give us at least one week notice. We will take the final bill out of your deposit and mail your refund.
Fees
- Late Payment = 10% of total due, which will be assessed after the 20th day of the month.
- Returned Check Fee =$25.00
- Water Service Reconnection Fee = $35.00
Any service disconnected for non-payment will be subject to a reconnection fee, plus full payment of the delinquent charges.
- Service Call Fee = $50.00
A service call for water usage problems that is the property owner’s responsibility, which includes any issue from the meter box to the residence.
